BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Beauty Method by Bethany Clinic, we are committed to delivering a high standard of care and attention to every client. To ensure that all our clients can enjoy the best possible experience, we have established the following booking and cancellation guidelines.
Bookings
We strongly recommend booking your appointment well in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Our treatments are in high demand, and early booking ensures that you receive the most convenient appointment slot for your schedule.
You can make a booking in any of the following ways:

Website: Use our secure online booking platform, which is available 24/7.

Phone: Contact our friendly reception team during clinic hours for assistance in scheduling your appointment.

Email: Reach out to us via email, and a member of our team will respond promptly to confirm your booking.
We encourage you to book recurring appointments or courses of treatments at the same time to secure your spot and maintain continuity in your skin and hair restoration journey.
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email outlining the details of your appointment. Please ensure all information is correct. If you do not receive confirmation, kindly contact the clinic to confirm your booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to adjust your plans. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This notice period allows us to offer your appointment slot to clients on our waiting list who may be in need of timely treatment.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend your appointment (no-show) may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive at the clinic at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened or modified treatment, or in some cases, the need to reschedule entirely to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and cancellation fees may apply.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing 48 hours’ notice, this will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no-shows cause disruption to our schedule and affect other clients waiting for treatment. In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee of your treatment cost will be charged. Multiple no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.
Prepayment & Deposits
We request a deposit or prepayment to secure your booking. This will be disclosed to you during the booking process if applicable. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if sufficient notice is given.
Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our services and strive to meet and exceed your expectations. However, please note the following:

Completed Treatments: Once a treatment has been carried out, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage open communication during your appointment to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the service.
Changes to Policy
The Beauty Method by Bethany Clinic reserves the right to modify its booking and cancellation policies at any time. Should any changes occur, we will notify clients in advance through our website or email correspondence.
